Terms of Sale: We accept certified checks, money orders, wire transfers, and personal checks, (all funds must be clear before the vehicle is delivered). Credit Cards accepted for deposit purposes only. The winning bidder must contact our sales department at Ferrari of Houston (713) 772-3868 and send a deposit of between $5,000.00 and $15,000.00 within one business day of the auction close. Payment in full must be received within 5 business days of auction close. All the automobiles are in our inventory are for sale now, we reserve the right to end the auction at any time without notice. We will not accept bids from ebay members who have excessive negative feedback. At our sole discretion and for any reason, Ferrari of Houston may cancel/terminate an active auction and/or sale to a winning bidder during an auction or after the auction close. Please have funds available or financing pre-approved before bidding. By bidding, you are entering into a legal contract with Ferrari of Houston. Out of state buyers are responsible for all applicable state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. We will not accept bids from ebay members who have excessive negative feedback.
